Quality, ethical services that hold the service user and employees at its heart, can make the difference between a good organisation and a great one. In my previous role as Head of Services and Safeguarding Lead for a Mental Health Charity, my passion and dedication to provide healthy, supportive environments for both employees and service users, led the provisions. I provide consultation on service user care, service implementation and improvement, change management, workplace wellbeing and clinical group supervision.
