Supervision

Service Description

I provide tailored supervision for counsellors and health professionals, fostering personal and professional growth. As a Supervisor I am trained in the Hawkins Seven Eyed Model of Supervision and have worked with supervisees from counselling and health professions, school and SEND staff, and social care services. I qualified as a supervisor in 2015 and have extensive practice experience of working with adults, and children and young people from age 4 years and over. My previous roles included Counsellor, Parenting Practitioner, Project Manager, Organisational Safeguarding Lead, and Head of Services within the Senior Leadership team. I am and always have been dedicated to supporting and empowering others in their journey toward excellence and well-being in their profession.
